The Higher Institute for Growth in Health Research for Women (HIGHER Women) is a consortium dedicated to supporting and encouraging women in the health research field in Cameroon. Through training, mentorship, and community building, we aim to maximize creativity, innovation, and expertise among women scientists. Our flagship Mentor-Protégée Programme is designed to guide early-career researchers towards success, fostering a new generation of women leaders in health research.
